I have been in the fitness industry since 2004. I have worked all the way through from the Bodybuilding space, to fitness and now into the Endurance space where I now spend most of my time.

I have worked with experienced athletes, as well as those just starting out. Something that I have found all those on the journey to have in common is that breaking barriers and achieving results is often hindered by the person on the journey. There are often zero outside influences that stop the client from getting results. The only common denominator is excuses.

The facts are that the only person who is going to prevent you from reaching your fitness and lifestyle goals is you, so you need to get out of your way.

Excuses aren’t going to help you at all. Find every reason why you should train.
